如果您对接到的决定感到不满，可以提出申诉。
申诉必须以书面形式提交并有您签名。该申诉申请必须在您收到有关决定后三周内，呈交或送达大使馆。
申诉书必须列明：
如由别人代您签署申诉，此人必须获得授权作为您的代表（授权书）。该授权书必须由您签署，而授权书原件必须连同您的申诉书一并提交。
有关决定是否复查由大使馆先行决定。如果大使馆决定不变更其决定，该申诉案将转交瑞典移民法院。
