The Embassy currently has many applications for coordination numbers and provisional passports, which leads to longer processing times.
The consular department at the Embassy is fully booked until February 2025. We are working on designing a new booking system. More information will be published on the Embassy's website early next year.
For urgent passport matters that require immediate handling, please contact the Embassy's consular department by e-mail. Flight ticket to Sweden must be attached in the e-mail.
