In her talk Charlotta Sparre spoke about what dialogue is, why it is important, and how the Swedish Dialogue Institute for the Middle East and North Africa works. Based on her own experiences of decades of diplomatic work, she shared thoughts and reflections on the intersection of foreign policy, human interactions and culture and stressed the importance of empathy, curiosity and of listening hard.
