It is not possible to apply for a regular Swedish passport at the Embassy in Manila.
The Embassy of Sweden in Manila does not issue regular Swedish passports. Regular Swedish passports may be applied for at the various Swedish Missions in the region such as the Embassy of Sweden in Bangkok, Embassy of Sweden in Singapore or the Consulate General of Sweden in Hong Kong. If you do not have a valid travel document and needs to travel urgently you may apply for a temporary passport at the Embassy in Manila for immediate travel to Sweden.
