PROCUREMENT OF AUDIT FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT

Bids must be delivered at or before 14th April 2020 no later than 3:00 pm to Embassy of Sweden, Lideta Sub-City, Woreda 9, House No 891, Addis Abeba. Questions and answers will be posted on this page under Questions and Answers. Questions should be directed by email to: bekelech.wgiorgis@gov.se always with copy to richard.kousek@procurementconsultants.com and always with Ref. no UM2020/02913/ADDI. The tender must be sealed and addressed to the contracting authority. The envelope must be clearly marked as stated in the tender documents.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE THAT THE EMBASSY OF SWEDEN HAS DECIDED, CONSIDERING LOGISTICS CHALLENGES ARISING FROM THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC, TO CHANGE THE BID SUBMISSION DATE TO 15.09.2020 @ 3PM, HENCE, THE NEW SUBMISSION DEADLINE IS 15.09.2020 @ 3PM. AS A RESULT THE FOLLOWING DATES ALSO CHANGE: LAST DATE FOR QUESTIONS: 01.09.2020 at 23:59; AND REQUIRED TENDER VALIDITY: 15.03.2021. PLEASE ALSO NOTE THAT THE FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT START DATE WILL BE PUSHED BACK TO 01.11.2020, WITH AN INITIAL 2 YEAR DURATION UNTIL 31.10.2022 AND OPTIONAL UP TO TWO EXTENSIONS OF ONE YEAR EACH.
