On 17 to 18 October 2020, The Swedish Embassy in Tirana organized the screening of the Swedish Film Festival at Tirana Amphitheater in the Lake Park in cooperation with Swedish Alumni Network Albania and Municipality of Tirana in the occasion of Tirana 100 years capital celebration.
The films Stockholm Stories, We are the best! King of Atlantis and Britt-Marie was here, were the selection for this festival. The films are about our struggle to be human beings. To understand what choices, we need to make to be true to ourselves and to our dreams. Therefore, this is a tribute to democracy and the rights to be who you are.
Films were attended with high interest by a good number of spectators.
The measures to prevent the spread of Covid-19 virus were applied during the event (Physical distancing, protective mask and measure incoming body temperature). A protective mask was provided by Embassy for each spectator.
