Eat Smart Challenge was a seven-day challenge from 14 to 20 October, to eat sustainably and smart. The purpose of this challenge was to encourage awareness about food and its effect on the environment. During seven days and seven inspiring challenges, participants explored how to eat more sustainably.
The Eat Smart Challenge was launched through a Kick Off event at the Swedish Residence in Tirana on October 13th.
A special guest Lars Ekberg, chef of Swedish Residence in Belgrade, shared with participants some of his professional tips including recipes and also how to minimise food waste by using every food element on the cooking process.
In the event participated very talented an well known chefs, food bloggers, journalists and food enthusiasts and they all shared insights and personal experiences in order to inspire other food changers to eat smart and sustainable.
