The event is organized by Embassy of Sweden Tirana supported by Swedish Institute, meeting alumni networks and future student that have been admitted for 2020 studies.
Meeting started with a warm welcome by the ambassador to all participants. Then a sustainable lunch, a mix of Swedish and Albanian recipe with local products was served. Ambassador shared the embassy's yearly plan for Sweden promotion activities and the possible cooperation with alumni where she stressed and appreciated the alumni engagement in embassy activities and their contribution on social media on promoting Sweden.
SI alumni network Albania introduced their activity plan with sustainable development goals as a key activities area. A discussion on possibilities for cooperation between embassy and alumni networks on the fields of activities such as strengthening democracy and human rights, men engagement in gender equality and civil society, sustainable fashion and food and the ways how to bring more Swedish business in Albania.
