Rules for visiting the Consulate General

If you are unable to attend your appointment or if you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, please cancel your appointment as soon as possible by emailing the Consulate General: generalkonsulat.bryssel@gov.se

The following rules apply during visits:

• Please use the hand sanitiser provided in the reception area.
• Please wear a face mask.
• In order to minimise the duration of each visit, we ask you to make sure you have all your documents in order before attending your appointment.
• Please keep your distance to other guests.
• If there is a queue when you arrive for your appointment, you may be asked to wait outside.
