The embassy's switchboard is open for all questions except visa and residence permit. Before calling, please check if you can find the answer to your question on our website Morocco, Rabat - Sweden Abroad. You can also contact us by email or fax. 

Passport expedition for Swedish passports
Wednesdays: 2 pm - 4 pm

For the application for a new ordinary passport and national ID card, online booking via the embassy's website applies.

Collecting of passports, driving licenses and ID cards can be done at our passport office on Wednesdays between 2 pm and 4 pm. An appointment is not necessary, however it is important that you pick it up during the mentioned time span. Call ahead to make sure the embassy has received your document.

Migration section (residence permits and visa)

For questions about matters concerning residence and work permits, customers are encouraged to contact the Swedish Migration Agency in the first place. You can check the status of your application on the Swedish Migration Agency's website. The following applications can be checked: residence permit for students, work permit, residence and work permit, residence permit card, passport, citizenship and asylum.
