We read the procurement document and raised some points we need clarification on: .In point 1.4 – Description of the service to be procured you mentioned that the Auditor shall be prepared to and have capacity to carry out the following main types of assignments: Financial Audits, Efficiency Audits, Review of Internal Control, Procurement Audits, Procurement Support, Performance Audits, Investigative and Forensic Audits and Other Types of audit related services. . In point 4.5 – Qualifications and competence, you mention that the tenderer shall provide CVs for the three levels of consultants (Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3).
So, we would like to know if is it possible to present more than one CV for each level in order to combine the experience to better respond to your requirements for each level (E.g: present two (2) CVs for level 1).
|
The tender can present a maximum of 3 CVs for each category (level).

In relation to the above mentioned tender, and in particular App 8 price basket, we have the following query:
a. It is indicated that the tender price is automatically calculated, however, on the spreadsheet attached there is no formula. Should we only fill the information in the 3 lines and leave the last line tender price in blank?
|
The tender is expected to fill the information in the 4 lines. The “tender price” is an average of all 3 levels: (Consultant Level 1/100hrs + Consultant Level 2/75hrs + Consultant 3/50hrs) / 3 = Tender Price |
