关于十名香港人受审的发言人声明 8月在海上被中国当局拘留的12名香港人中，有10人于12月28日在深圳受审。 被告不被允许指定他们选择的律师，与被拘留者的接触也受到严格限制。审判没有公开进行。外交代表无法出席法庭诉讼，被拘留者亲属的出席也受到阻碍。 根据国际人权法和中国《刑事诉讼法》的规定，被告人获得公正审判和正当法律程序的权利没有得到尊重。我们呼吁中国保障这些人的程序公正和正当法律程序。
