Konvention om öppenhet vid skiljedomsförfarande mellan investerare och stat
Den 17 mars var Mauritius regering värd för en ceremoni som öppnade för undertecknande av ”United Nations Convention on Transparency in Treaty based State - Investor Arbitration”.
Närvarande vid ceremonin var även Under Secretary General for Legal Affairs and Legal Counsel of the United Nations, Miquel de Serpas Soares.
Värd för ceremonin var Mauritius utrikesminister Etienne Sinatambou. I anslutning till ceremonin anordnades ett seminarium kring olika frågor om skiljedomsförfarande.
