How To Participate

• Create a high-resolution logotype in a digital format (.png, .jpeg, or .svg). The logotype should include Swedish and/or Zambian recognizable features – such as colors, flags, objects of cultural significance, or other aspects – and incorporate the number “60” in its design. Other formats than .png, .jpeg, or .svg will not be considered by the Embassy.
  
  
• Include a brief description (max 200 words) explaining the concept and elements of the logotype’s design.
  
  
• Submit your logotype and its description to rsvp.lusaka@gov.se by Oct. 20 at 23:59 at the latest.

Rules

• Each participant may submit one (1) entry. Individuals as well as teams (which may submit one (1) entry/team) may participate in the competition.
  
  
• Employees of the Embassy and their immediate family members are not allowed to participate in the competition.
  
  
• All entries must be original works, not be previously published or used in any other context, and not infringe on any third-party rights. Entries that are found to be plagiarized or that infringe on third-party rights will be disqualified.
  
  
• Through a written agreement between the winning individual/team and the Embassy of Sweden in Lusaka, the Embassy will have the right to use, modify, and distribute the winning logotype without limitations in connection with the celebrations of the 60-year anniversary of diplomatic relations between Sweden and Zambia.
  
  
• All personal data collected during the competition will be handled in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Participants’ data will be used solely for the purpose of this competition and will not be shared with third parties.
  
  
• By participating in this competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  
  
• The Embassy of Sweden in Lusaka is not responsible for any damages or losses that may occur in connection with the logo competition. The decision of the Embassy is final and cannot be appealed.

Prizes

The winning individual/team will receive a diploma from Swedish Ambassador to Zambia, H.E Mr. Johan Hallenborg, an ceremony at the Swedish Residence, and a goodiebag of Swedish memorabilia.
