Between September 6-9, there is a high risk of heavy rainfall, posing a significant risk of flash floods and landslides. Mainly at risk are the towns in the north, Quang Ninh, Hai Phong, Thai Binh, Nam Dinh, Ninh Binh and Hanoi, according to the National Center for Hydrometeorological Forecasting.
