Annette Magnusson and colleagues from the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce together with Ms Emilia Lundberg from the law firm Lundberg & Gleiss came to visit the Swedish Residence this week.
Sweden has a very long history of Arbitration, more than 100 years in fact, and the SCC is the second most applied Arbitration Institute in the world with regards to global investment dispute resolution. The focus of the visit was on digitalization and the use of technology in Arbitration.
Ms Emilia Lundberg from the lawfirm Lunberg & Gleiss also joined a very interesting sharing session at SMU School of Law. A big thank you to David Llewelyn and his colleagues at SMU for hosting!
