To promote Swedish food is to promote Swedish culture. Sweden has many stories to tell through its cuisine. Therefore it was a great opportunity to share Swedish food with the inhabitants of Novi Sad at the Danubius Food Planet Festival on 18 May. Ambassador Jan Lundin, the Residence Chef Lars Ekberg and PA Bojana Maljukanovic hosted this Swedish food event that attracted a lot of attention. A dance group from the elementary school in Sremska Mitrovica danced to the song of Euforia.
Sweden has diplomatic relations with almost all States in the world. It has embassies and consulates in around half of these. Sweden's foreign representation consists of approximately 100 missions abroad and 350 honorary consulates.
