Applications for residence- and work permit
You that are a citizen of Serbia or Montenegro have until now turned to the Embassy in Belgrade for applications for residence- and work permit. From February 3rd 2025 the Embassy in Belgrade will no longer handle any migration related matters.
This means that when you have submitted your online application for residence- and work permit after February 3rd 2025 you should contact the Embassy of Sweden in Skopje, North Macedonia for interview, passport check, biometrics etcetera.
The same applies for you that are not a citizen of Serbia or Montenegro but legally resides in one of the countries

You who already have applied for residence- and work permit and have a booked interview or are waiting for a residence permit card will still be able to do the interview or collect the residence permit card at the Embassy in Belgrade.
