If you have provided biometrics, it takes approximately 4 weeks from the decision to produce and deliver the UT card to the Embassy. Unfortunately, there is no way to expedite this process.
You will get an automatic email once the UT card is ready for pick-up at the Embassy.
If you are unable to collect the UT card at the Embassy you can send an e-mail to the Embassy on visa.riyadh@gov.se and request to send the UT card to another Embassy or to the Swedish Migration Agency in Sweden where a person who has a power of attorney can collect it.
