The information provided by you in the life certificate will ensure that you are receiving the compensation you are entitled to.
Every summer the Swedish Pensions Agency therefore sends out a letter with a life certificate to anyone who beforehand cannot be identified electronically.
You can use your Swedish electronic ID and digitally approve your life certificate for faster service. By doing it digitally, you don't have to wait for the form to be sent to you.
If you do not have an electronic ID, and don't want to wait for the form to be sent to you, you can print it from the Swedish Pension Agencies website and then have it signed and stamped by an authorised agency.

An approved authority or institution must certify that you are alive by stamping and signing the life certificate.

In order to have your life certificate stamped and signed at the Embassy in Manila you need to visit the Embassy in person and be able to identify yourself by presenting any of the following documents:

You should be able to have your life certificate by any of the other authorities in case you are not able to have it stamped and signed at the Embassy or the Honorary consulate.
Send the stamped and signed Life certificate to the Swedish Pensions Agency either digitally or by regular post.
