When there are elections, there are two ways you can vote from locations outside of Sweden. You can either vote by mail or vote early in person, usually at an embassy or consulate.
If you want to vote by mail from abroad, you must send your postal vote no earlier than April 25, 2024. You can vote early from abroad no earlier than May 16, 2024.
It will be possible to vote at the embassy in Oslo and at the honorary consulates in Bodø, Trondheim, Bergen, Stavanger, Tromsø and Kristiansand. The consulates in Narvik and Ålesund will be able to provide postal voting materials.

Sweden has diplomatic relations with almost all States in the world. It has embassies and consulates in around half of these. Sweden's foreign representation consists of approximately 100 missions abroad and 350 honorary consulates.
