Why does food matter and how can we work towards sustainable food systems? How can we, on an individual level, contribute in making our planet a better and more sustainable place of residence? One way is to sign up for the Eat Smart Challenge 8-14 April, part of the Food for Tomorrow initiative of the Swedish Institute.
The Eat Smart Challenge consists of a seven-day challenge which includes eating sustainable and smart. The purpose of this challenge is to encourage awareness about food and its effect on the environment. Challenge yourself along with your friends to make daily changes in your food habits.
During the campaign week, April 8–14, one challenge will be announced daily. The challenges are fun and easy to do! Anybody is welcome to join and share your experience with others via social media.
