How are the Nordics and The Netherlands approaching food system transition for good?
Did you know that approximately one third of the food produced for human consumption is wasted? And that if Food Waste was a country, it would be the 3rd largest greenhouse gas emitter, responsible for more than 8% of the global greenhouse gas emissions? To feed 10 billion people by 2050 this needs to change. We need a shift in WHAT we consume. And we need new ways of HOW we produce and consume to increase the crops yields efficiency and to eliminate waste.
