The Embassy of Sweden is calling for applications to the international training programme on “Social Protection for Sustainable Development” taking place from 10 –16th of June 2020 in East/Southern Africa Region; 14th–25th of September 2020 in Sweden and May/June 2021 in East/Southern Africa Region.
The programme will aim to expand and improve the effectiveness of national social protection systems, tackling exclusion, promoting gender equality and strengthening developmental impact. The goal of this programme is to better deliver social protection to meet the identified objectives of national policy stakeholders, including tackling poverty, vulnerability and social exclusion while strengthening opportunities for decent and productive employment.
The closing date for submission of the applications is 28 February 2020.
