We are delighted to present to you the new Ambassador of Sweden to the Republic of Moldova - Katarina Fried. Ms. Fried previously worked in the Swedish Ministry for Foreign Affairs, most recently as Deputy Director of the UN Policy Department, heading the UN Development Policy Section. Previously, she has worked at the Swedish Missions to the UN in Geneva and in New York as well as at the Swedish Embassy in Gaborone.
The first weeks of Katarina Fried, here in Moldova, were full of positive impressions: beautiful weather, green parks, delicious food and friendly people. Katarina Fried and her family are looking forward to discovering Moldova!
