Visa - and Migration issues:
Starting from the 01.01.2024 citizens of Kosovo can travel without a visa to the Schengen area (incl. Sweden) for short - term stays of up to 90 days within a period of 180 days.
Attention: You still need a residence permit, if you intend to work or stay longer than 90 days.
Please note that residence permits cannot be issued by Embassy of Sweden in Pristina. If you have questions related to residence permits, we kindly ask you to read more at the embassy of Sweden in Skopje webpage.
