Accept all Only criticalOn April 24th, Embassy of Sweden in Tokyo held an event for students who are admitted to universities in Sweden this year.
About 160 young students from all over Japan, including Fukuoka and Yamanashi, gathered for this event. In her opening remarks, the Ambassador Viktoria Li spoke about the appeal of studying in Sweden, and what Sweden has to offer.
Embassy of Sweden in Tokyo will be holding a variety of study in Sweden fairs throughout the year, including a "Study+Work in Sweden Fair" for the general public at the Nordic Pavilion at the Osaka Kansai Expo on June 7th.
Sweden has diplomatic relations with almost all States in the world. It has embassies and consulates in around half of these. Sweden's foreign representation consists of approximately 100 missions abroad and 350 honorary consulates.
