Accept all Only criticalWe hosted the events in Tokyo and Osaka on 7 and 8 October with nearly 400 attendees in total.
When considering studying abroad, having a clearer vision of the future can make the process more accessible. Based on this idea, we hosted a unique event in Tokyo that combines study abroad and job hunting. Ambassador Viktoria Li emphasized the appeal of studying abroad in Sweden in her opening remarks.
In Osaka, the event was held in collaboration with the Swedish Language Department of the Graduate School of Humanities at Osaka University. Not only those who have studied at universities, but also those who have studied at folk high schools took to the stage. The Minister-Counsellor Johanna Lindquist and the intern Victor Åstrand also made a presentation of the Swedish Embassy's efforts at the upcoming Osaka Expo2025. The next day, the Embassy staff paid a courtesy visit to Executive Vice President Mr. Fukase, who is in charge of Global Engagement and Expo 2025 at Osaka University.
