You book a time slot for passport application: online-booking. Bring your filled out copy of Swedish Citizen – Form for passport applicant. All the information should be filled out before the visit. This is of utmost importance, so that you do not miss your booked time slot.
If you are a minor you need company from at least one of your custodians for the visit, as well as bringing the filled out forms Consent of Custodian and Swedish Citizen – Form for passport applicant. Please note that both forms need to be signed by both custodians.
