Maria Malmer Stenergard is the new Minister for Foreign Affairs and head of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs, and Benjamin Dousa is the new Minister for International Development Cooperation and Foreign Trade. Today, Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson presented the Statement of Government Policy in the Riksdag and announced the Government’s new ministers.
NEWSThe Stockholm-based ambassadors are Sweden's representatives in some 30 countries where Sweden has no permanent diplomatic representation. The ambassadors are based in Stockholm but make regular trips to the countries in which they are accredited.
The Office to Support Small Missions Abroad (UD KSU) at the Ministry for Foreign Affairs in Stockholm helps in preparing matters and processing specific issues.
