On the Swedish Migration Agency’s homepage you will find a list of the necessary documents and step-by-step information on completing an electronic application. All documents should be in original and officially translated to English or Swedish.
The most important documents are:
1) A valid photo ID proving your identity, such as a passport.
2) Greek/Schengen documents certifying that you have the right to legally reside in Greece/Schengen.
3) Documents showing your relationship with the person in Sweden (birth certificate, wedding certificate, extract from the population registration).
