On the 16 of January the embassy held the pita-cutting ceremony.
On the 16 of January it was time for the annual pita-cutting for the embassy’s staff. Ambassador Sammelin cut the vasilopita-bread, a cake that brings luck with the coin hidden within it. The ambassador distributed the bread to the staff, among which one received the coin and therefore will have a lucky year. The embassy wishes everyone a good continuation!
