Artist: C. Göran Karlsson (1944)
C Göran Karlsson (1944) is a Swedish visual artist and sculptor. He studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Stockholm. Initially, Karlsson painted detailed, realistic paintings, often depicting landscapes. Later, in the 1970s, his painting developed more in the abstract direction, where pure, geometric shapes depicted scaffolding details. More recently, abstract painting has taken on a futuristic expression with geometric lines.
