On the invitation of Quzhou Municipal People’s Government and the Council for Promoting South-South Cooperation, the Consul General of Sweden in Shanghai Ms. Lisette Lindahl visited Quzhou and had a meeting with the Vice Mayor of Quzhou Ms. MA Meizhi on February 7.
Located in the west of Zhejiang Province, Quzhou has a long history and profound culture. The purpose of the visit is to seek and promote strategic cooperation in the areas of economy, culture, education and healthcare and to establish an effective platform to enhance mutual understanding and collaboration between Quzhou and Sweden.
During the day, the Consul General visited Quzhou Confucius Ancestral Temple, Innovation Park 258 and Qu Times Innovation Building. Officials from Quzhou Foreign Affairs and Overseas Chinese Affairs Office, Quzhou Municipal Bureau of Commerce, Quzhou State Assets Supervision & Administration, Quzhou Municipal Sub-branch of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade and Quzhou Promotion Office attended her meeting with the Vice Mayor.
