With the support of the Swedish Institute the Consulate General of Sweden in Shanghai organized a Study in Sweden promotion event on 31 October. The focus was on students planning to study abroad in the autumn of 2022.
During the event, Consul Jakob Holthuis and Consul Anna-Karin Bergkvist introduced the Swedish higher education system and migration related matters. Additionally, the event provided an opportunity for potential students to meet with alumni from Swedish universities. Around 30 people attended the event.
Sweden has diplomatic relations with almost all States in the world. It has embassies and consulates in around half of these. Sweden's foreign representation consists of approximately 100 missions abroad and 350 honorary consulates.
