The Consulate General of Sweden in Shanghai organised a Study in Sweden event, together with the Swedish Institute, on November 17, at the Andaz Xintiandi Shanghai. The around200 attendees were presented with an opportunity to explore what the educational landscape of Sweden has to offer.
The program began with a welcome and introductory session, where attendees were provided essential information about studying,living and launching a career in Sweden. Participants were guided through the application process, including residence permit requirements, with a helpful Q&A segment as a part of the event.
Alumni shared their experiences studying in Sweden, offering valuable insights and tips for making the most of their time as students. The event concluded with a chance to meet representatives from various Swedish universities while enjoying "fika”.
We had the pleasure to welcome representatives from nine Swedish universities, including Lund University, Halmstad University, Linnaeus University, University West, University of Borås, Linköping University, University of Skövde, Jönköping University, and Kristianstad University.
