With covid-19 being under control these days in Shanghai, the Consulate General of Sweden could carry out its major promotion event with flying blue-yellow colors to celebrate the 6 June Swedish National Day.
Swedish companies operating in Eastern China contributed with their experiences from working with sustainability, the theme chosen for the event. Volvo Cars, Volvo Group, LKAB, Bergkvist Siljan, Alfa-Laval, Autoliv, Blueair, Stigbergets, Fillidutt, Oatly, Scandic Foods, Bluewater, Gränges, Tetra Pak, Atlas Copco, Sandvik, IKEA, and Absolut, all participated.
After a speech by Consul General Marie-Claire Swärd Capra, Swedish musical entertainment followed. All in all, a lovely evening where many contacts were made and Swedish business in eastern China took the opportunity to demonstrate their strong competitiveness in sustainability.
