Friday 10 May following the annual general meeting of the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in China, Consul General Lisette Lindahl received the organizations’s honorary award for 2019.
Ms Lindahl received the award for her work promoting Swedish companies in China as Consul General of Sweden in Shanghai.
The Swedish Chamber of Commerce in China was founded in 1998 and has around 300 member companies. Previous recipients of the yearly award include business leaders in Sweden and China.
Sweden has diplomatic relations with almost all States in the world. It has embassies and consulates in around half of these. Sweden's foreign representation consists of approximately 100 missions abroad and 350 honorary consulates.
