Due to typhoon Bebinca, the Consulate General has decided to be closed for visitors on Monday 16 September. If you are in need of urgent consular assistance, you can always reach the Consular Emergency Center via the Consulate's telephone switchboard. The Consulate General can be reached as usual via email. Swedes in eastern China are advised to follow the embassy's travel information, register on the Swedish list, follow the weather forecast and local authorities' instructions.
Sweden has diplomatic relations with almost all States in the world. It has embassies and consulates in around half of these. Sweden's foreign representation consists of approximately 100 missions abroad and 350 honorary consulates.
