Due to typhoon Bebinca, the Consulate General has decided to be closed on Monday 16 September. We will open as usual tomorrow Tuesday. If you are in need of consular assistance, you can always reach the Consular Emergency Center via the Consulate General's switchboard. The Consulate General can be reached as usual via e-mail. Swedes in eastern China are asked to follow the Embassy's travel information (in Swedish), sign up on the Swedish list, as well as follow the weather forecast and any instructions given by local authorities'.
Sweden has diplomatic relations with almost all States in the world. It has embassies and consulates in around half of these. Sweden's foreign representation consists of approximately 100 missions abroad and 350 honorary consulates.
