Please note that this information is only applicable to those who want to collect their residence permit card at the Consulate in Shanghai.
From December 2019 onwards, the Consulate will no longer publish control numbers of received residence permit cards. Applicants will instead be automatically notified by the Migration Agency through email when their residence permit cards have arrived at the Consulate.
Please bring your passport to the Consulate General during our opening hours (09:00 to 11:00 Monday to Friday) to pick up your card. If you cannot come in person, you can authorize someone else to collect the card for you. The person authorized needs to bring a copy of your passport, his or her own ID card, and this power of attorney with your original signature.
