On 8 April, the Consulate General of Sweden in Shanghai is arranging a seminar with the topics of feminist foreign policy and gender equality in the workplace.
The first panel will be discussing Swedish, Chinese and European experiences of gender work. A second panel which is led by UN Women China has an active discussion on gender discrimination in the workplace. Representatives from academia, civil society organizations and Swedish companies will be sharing their experiences and perspectives.
Sweden has diplomatic relations with almost all States in the world. It has embassies and consulates in around half of these. Sweden's foreign representation consists of approximately 100 missions abroad and 350 honorary consulates.
