On August 27, the Consulate General of Sweden in Shanghai together with the Swedish Institute, and the Swedish foundation Make Equal is organizing a #GlobalGuyTalk with the focus on parenthood and the role of fathers. During the talk, areas such as the impact of policies on gender equality and childcare as well as stereotypes and traditional gender roles will be discussed.
Sweden has diplomatic relations with almost all States in the world. It has embassies and consulates in around half of these. Sweden's foreign representation consists of approximately 100 missions abroad and 350 honorary consulates.
