The Consulate General in Shanghai decides that Junlei Zhang, from 1 January 2025 permanently hold one (out of two advertised) local employee positions as Migration Assistant.
Anyone wishing to appeal the decision must write to the Consulate General in Shanghai. In the email, state which decision you are appealing, e.g. by enter the diary number of the decision (UM2024/31567/SHAN). Please, also explain what change in the decision you want.
The Consulate General must have received your appeal within three weeks of the date this decision was posted on the Consulate General's website, otherwise the appeal cannot be considered.
The Consulate General in Shanghai forwards the appeal to the Government Office for consideration.
