Rules for visiting the Consulate General

Due to the stricter measures introduced by the Belgian government to stop the spread of COVID-19, we are adjusting our rules concerning visits to the Consulate General.
If you are unable to attend your appointment or if you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, please cancel your appointment as soon as possible by emailing the Consulate General: generalkonsulat.bryssel@gov.se
The following rules apply during visits:
- Please use the hand sanitiser provided in the reception area.
- Please wear a face mask.
- In order to minimise the duration of each visit, we ask you to make sure you have all your documents in order before attending your appointment.
- Please keep your distance to other guests.
- If there is a queue when you arrive for your appointment, you may be asked to wait outside.
