Did you apply for a passport or national ID card over the summer and ask to have it sent to Brussels?
We would like to remind you to make an appointment for picking up your travel document, as the storage time for both passports and ID cards is limited.
We have extended our opening hours during the autumn so that we have more available times slots for collection. Should you still not find a suitable time and urgently need your travel document, please contact us by email or phone.
Don't forget to bring your old passport or ID card for cancellation if it's still valid! If it has expired, we need to see another valid ID document.
