Today it is one year since the terrorist attack in Brussels which claimed the lives of two Swedish football fans and injured one. Together we commemorate the victims.
The Swedish Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson and the Belgian Prime Minister Alexander De Croo took part in a wreath laying ceremony in Brussels today to express their condolences.
- Sweden and Belgium stand united in the fight against terrorism. That’s the signal Alexander De Croo and myself want to send with our presence today. We will keep fighting every day to avoid this happening again, says Ulf Kristersson.
We send our deepest sympathies to the relatives of the victims, and we would like to thank the Belgian authorities for their support and good cooperation.
