Sweden's Ambassador to Barbados is based in Stockholm but visits the Caribbean region regularly.
The Office to Support Small Missions Abroad (UD KSU) at the Ministry for Foreign Affairs in Stockholm helps in preparing matters and processing specific issues. There is a honorary consulates in Christ Church; see the contact information further down the page under the heading Bridgetown.
Sweden has diplomatic relations with almost all States in the world. It has embassies and consulates in around half of these. Sweden's foreign representation consists of approximately 100 missions abroad and 350 honorary consulates.
