Accept all Only criticalThe Stockholm-based ambassadors are Sweden's representatives in some 30 countries where Sweden has no permanent diplomatic representation. The ambassadors are based in Stockholm but make regular trips to the countries in which they are accredited.
The Office to Support Small Missions Abroad (UD KSU) at the Ministry for Foreign Affairs in Stockholm helps in preparing matters and processing specific issues. There are honorary consulates in relevant countries.

Sweden has diplomatic relations with almost all States in the world. It has embassies and consulates in around half of these. Sweden's foreign representation consists of approximately 100 missions abroad and 350 honorary consulates.
