Applicants applying for visitor's/residence/work permit can submit their applications without an appointment directly to the Visa Section on Tuesdays 9:30 - 12.30.
Passports, decisions and residence permit cards (UT-cards) may be retrieved at the Embassy on: Tuesdays and Thursdays 16.00-16.30 and Fridays 09.30-10.30. No pre-booking is needed if you have submitted your application at the Embassy.
